Diana Johannessen, MBA, PCC
While on a visit to Glacier National Park in the summer of 2017, Diana committed to a career pivot.
After spending 20 years in high tech management consulting working with some of the most admirable Global Fortune 500 companies and leaders, Diana jumped into the family business as COO with Harmoni Designs + Build, operating in Northeast Ohio.

It is no surprise. She took on this new challenge with enthusiasm and a renewed sense of familiarity. She grew up in a family of Architects and Engineers. who she listened to talk about the people and management challenges they encountered daily as they ran these businesses.

Today, in addition to growing their own teams at Harmoni Designs + Build, Martin and Diana have expanded their coaching and consulting practice to inspire and coach AEC executives across the region.
​
Diana is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation. She has an M.B.A. in Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University and B.A. in Psychology from The College of Wooster. She loves working with executives and leaders to meet their professional individual and organizational goals.

Martin Johannessen, AIA, NCARB, General Contractor

​​Martin Johannessen is the President of Harmoni Designs + Build. He is a registered Architect with over 20 years of building design and construction experience in a variety of industries including healthcare, country clubs, retirement, retail, high tech, venture capital, educational and residential markets.
Over the past 11+ years, Martin has built one of the premier residential and specialized commercial design build firms in Northeast Ohio and encounters talent management opportunities daily with his employees and subcontractor ecosystem. An integral part of his mission is to grow and develop his teams that best represent the high quality Harmoni Designs + Build brand.

Martin received a B.S. in Constructing Architecture from Horsens Polytechnic in Horsens, Denmark in the field of study of Architecture, Engineering and Construction Management. Martin is
is a NCARB Certified Architect, State of Ohio Registered Architect,
Green Design LEED Accredited Professional BD+C, and an Ohio bonded and insured General Contractor.
